c. Subscription and Cancellations
Subscriptions to our Service are billed in advance. You must cancel your account before the first of the month to avoid receiving and being billed for that month's box. Cancellations made after this date will not be effective until the following month.

2. Refunds and Returns

We accept returns and process refunds if you contact us within 7 days of box arrival, provided all products in the box are unopened and returned in their original condition, except under special circumstances approved by Pumppack.
b. Address Changes
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. Pumppack is not responsible for issues that arise from incorrect address information provided by you, and such errors will not qualify for refunds.
