When can I expect to receive my box?

When you first sign up, your initial box will be shipped within a week to get you started as soon as possible. After your first box, you will receive your subsequent boxes on our regular monthly or seasonal schedule.

For example, if you subscribe to our monthly boxes on January 14th, your first box will be shipped promptly within a week. After that, your next box will arrive according to our standard schedule, shipping around the 2nd week of March.

Moving forward, you’ll continue to receive your boxes around the 2nd week of each month.

If you subscribe to our seasonal boxes on January 14th, your first box will be shipped promptly within a week. After that, your next box will arrive according to our seasonal schedule, shipping around the 2nd week of June for the Summer box.

Moving forward, you’ll continue to receive your seasonal boxes on this regular cadence:

Spring: March
Summer: June
Fall: September
Winter: December

You will receive a tracking number via email once your box has been shipped, allowing you to track your delivery every step of the way.

Can I purchase a single box as a gift?

Yes, you can purchase a single box! Once purchased, simply login to the customer portal and cancel your subscription so the recipient will not receive a second box.

When can I expect to be billed?

Your subscription will be billed on the day you signed up, and you will be charged on the same date in each subsequent billing cycle. For example, if you sign up for a monthly subscription on January 14th, you will be billed on the 14th of every month thereafter.

If you opt for a quarterly subscription, your billing will occur every three months on the same date. For instance, if you sign up on January 14th, your next billing will be on April 14th, followed by July 14th, and so on.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Pumppack only ships within the country excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We are exploring options to expand our shipping locations in the future.

What happens if a product in my box is damaged or missing?

If you receive a damaged or missing product, please contact our customer support team at support@mypumppack.com within 48 hours of receiving your box. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When can I expect to be billed?

You will be billed initially for your first box at the time of subscription. After that, you will be billed on the first of each month for future boxes. For example, if you sign up on January 14, you will be billed then, and the next billing cycle will be on March 1.

Are there any additional fees or hidden charges?

No, there are no hidden charges. All fees are clearly outlined during the subscription process. Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, log in to your Pumppack account. From there, you can follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for billing cycles that have already been paid. However, once you cancel, you will not be billed for the following month, and you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period.
